When ordinary life starts to cost more

Many people do not feel clinically unwell. They feel less energetic, slower to recover, and less physically capable than they expected. The Reverse Aging Challenge name points to vitality, recovery, strength, rhythm, and long-term capability, not a clinical reversal of biological aging.

It is a small-cohort, coach-led healthspan retreat: breathwork, cold and heat exposure, food timing, movement, recovery, and integration coached as one rhythm, not a pile of unrelated hacks. An immersive environment designed to restore the conditions your system needs to recover.

Most people who find us can already name breathwork, cold exposure, food timing, movement, or sleep. Some have run months of doing well, then life pulls them back. Often it is the season itself: transition, menopause, over-functioning, wired but tired, a calendar that still works while you do not feel like yourself.

The week is built for that: sequenced coaching, repetition, recovery, and space to integrate. Many arrive expecting breathing and cold; they leave with a wider rhythm, and habits that survive real life.

After the week

What shifted, and what people took with them.

How the week fits together

Reverse Aging Challenge practice session

You train sequencing and pacing so protocols land in the nervous system and daily rhythm, not only in a notebook. That is where healthspan, burnout recovery, and metabolic steadiness start to feel believable again.

The work focuses on:

  • Nervous system regulation and stress adaptation
  • Metabolic health and flexibility
  • Controlled exposure, recovery, and integration
  • Movement quality and physical resilience

Does this mirror what you feel?

Reverse Aging Challenge community

If you are roughly 40 to 65 and something here sounds familiar, you are not starting from zero. You are starting from overload.

It tends to resonate if something here feels true lately:

  • I do not recover the way I used to: energy, strength, or bounce-back.
  • I am wired but tired, and I do not feel entirely safe in my body right now.
  • My calendar still works, but I do not feel like myself.
  • I have had earnest stretches of doing well, then old loops return.
  • I know the practices in outline; I want them sequenced with guidance.
  • I am in a big life chapter and need room to hear myself again.
  • I want to carry something home, not just remember a good week.

When you are ready, choose your edition, reserve your place, and book a short call so we can align on goals and prep.

Choose your entry point

Every pathway trains the same core systems. Timing changes depth only, so pick what your calendar and nervous system can honestly hold.

You don't choose a format to consume more.
You choose it to integrate better.

Bring it home with you

The point is not a perfect week away. It is coming back with energy, recovery, and the conditions to feel capable again: rhythms that still hold on a Tuesday. Workbook, protocols, and a continuation plan so the week connects to your life, not a version of you that you miss.
