Safety
All practices are guided by experienced facilitators. We prioritize safety and provide clear instructions for each protocol. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and communicate any concerns immediately.
Health & Release Form
All confirmed participants are required to complete and sign a health and release form prior to the event. This form is required for insurance purposes and collects essential health information while acknowledging the nature of the practices involved. The form will be provided after booking confirmation and must be completed at least two weeks before the start of your edition.
Failure to complete the health and release form may result in cancellation of your participation. This requirement ensures we can provide appropriate support, maintain safety standards for all participants, and meet our insurance obligations.
Code of Conduct
This experience is built on mutual respect, personal responsibility, and a shared commitment to creating the right conditions for meaningful work. Participants are expected to engage with the practices, the environment, and each other with presence and integrity. This includes honoring boundaries, maintaining confidentiality, and contributing to a space where others can focus on their own process without disruption.
The program introduces physical and mental challenges by design. Each participant is responsible for listening to their own body, communicating clearly when needed, and making decisions that support their safety and well-being. Facilitators provide guidance, not enforcement. This is an environment for self-leadership, not compliance.
Any behavior that compromises the safety, trust, or experience of the group may result in removal from the program at the discretion of the organizers. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, substance misuse during program hours, or disregard for shared agreements. The integrity of the container takes precedence over individual participation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation policies vary by edition. Generally, deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future edition under certain circumstances. Full terms will be provided at booking.
