The Fit Call Process

When you book a fit call, we'll have a brief conversation (typically 10-15 minutes) to:

  • Understand your goals and current situation
  • Answer your questions about the program
  • Determine if this edition is the right fit for you
  • Discuss format options and pricing

No payment is required during the call. We'll only proceed if we both agree it's a good fit.

Payment & Booking

After confirming it's a fit:

  • A deposit secures your spot (amount varies by format)
  • The remaining balance is due 4-6 weeks before the edition start date
  • Payment plans may be available upon request

Cancellation Policy

Full refund: Deposit is fully refundable if you cancel up to 4 weeks before the edition start date.

After 4 weeks: Cancellations will receive credit toward a future edition, valid for 12 months.

Travel & Logistics

Travel arrangements are not included in the program fee. We'll provide detailed travel information after booking, including:

  • Transportation options from the airport
  • What to bring and how to prepare
