Where You'll Be Staying
When the environment becomes part of the work
The Sacred Valley is not a backdrop.
It is an active participant in the process, supporting high-altitude adaptation and metabolic health through environmental context.
Altitude challenges familiar patterns. Distance from daily life reduces noise.
The surrounding landscape and cultural context naturally shift perspective, making adaptation more visible and integration more intentional.
Accommodations are chosen for comfort, simplicity, and proximity to nature, allowing the body to rest while the environment continues to teach.
This is not escape. It is deliberate exposure, held in a place that has supported human adaptation for centuries.

The Humans Behind the Challenge
This work is guided by practitioners who understand both physiology and place.
The role of the team is to provide structure, safety, and clarity so the environment can do what it does best.

Call and onboarding
Choose your edition, reserve your place, then schedule a short call with Oscar for goals, pacing, pricing, and logistics. We cover edition-specific context (for example altitude in the Sacred Valley outside Cusco, Catskills timing from New York, or travel through Málaga or Marbella on the Costa del Sol for Guaro stays).
- Clarity on what you want to shift in energy, sleep, regulation, and habits after you leave
- Straight answers on how breathwork, cold exposure, sauna, food timing, fasting where appropriate, mobility, and integration fit this week
- Payment options. Payment plans are available on request.
The call is exploratory. You confirm participation afterward with written onboarding details that match cohort logistics.
Payment and booking confirmations
After you confirm participation and reserve your place in writing:
- A deposit holds your cohort seat when editions require phased payments (exact amounts arrive in your onboarding packet)
- Balances typically finalize four to six weeks before departure dates unless your confirmation states differently
- Payment plans are available upon request
Cancellation policy transparency
Full refund: Deposit is fully refundable when you cancel at least four weeks before the edition start date.
After four weeks: Cancellations convert to transferable credit usable within twelve months toward another cohort, aligning fairness for you while protecting small-group logistics.
Travel & Logistics
Travel arrangements are not included in the program fee. We'll provide detailed travel information after booking, including:
- Nearest airports and recommended arrival times
- Transportation options from the airport
- What to bring and how to prepare
- Accommodation details and check-in information
Health & Eligibility
Programs include breath protocols, coached cold immersion, purposeful heat rotations, fasting-aware nourishment timing when pacing fits clinician guidance, mobility blocks, journaling integration, and burnout recovery pacing. Mention relevant medical history during onboarding or with your clinician so facilitation stays safe for you and the cohort.
For detailed safety information, medical disclaimers, and who should not participate, please review our Legal & Safety page.

Pricing
Most participants choose deeper formats once they understand the arc.
7-Day Full Immersion
For those who want the full reset This is the most complete version of the Cusco experience. It gives you enough time to arrive, adapt to the environment, work deeply with the practices, and leave with a clearer sense of what comes next. Best for those who want to make this week a meaningful pause, not just a short interruption.
5-Day Deep Dive
For those who want depth with a tighter schedule A strong middle ground. Enough time to experience the core arc of the work and create real momentum, with slightly less space for settling and integration than the full immersion. Best for those who want a meaningful reset without committing to the full week.
3-Day Focused Reset
For those who want a shorter but meaningful entry point A concentrated version of the experience that gives you orientation, direct practice, and a clear sense of what becomes possible when the right environment and structure are in place. Best for those who want to begin with clarity and leave with something real to build on.
Common Questions
Choosing Your Format
All formats train the same core systems. The difference is time, pacing, and depth.
3-Day Focused Reset
Best for: First-time participants, busy schedules, or those who want a clear entry point into the protocols.
You'll get orientation, hands-on experience, and a framework to continue on your own. Ideal if you want to test the waters before committing to a longer format.
5-Day Deep Dive
Best for: Those ready for deeper physiological and nervous system adaptation.
More repetition, more integration, and stronger momentum. You'll experience meaningful change within a focused container while still maintaining some flexibility.
7-Day Full Immersion
Best for: Maximum reset, habit installation, and a clear long-term plan.
The most comprehensive option. Designed for full system reset with enough time to settle, practice, and integrate. Most participants choose this format once they understand the full arc of the work.
Not sure which format is right for you? Schedule a call and we'll discuss your goals, current situation, and help you choose the format that best supports where you are and where you want to go.
