Editions FAQ

How editions work, how to pick a cohort, and where to read more. These answers apply to upcoming and past locations alike.

What is an edition?

Each edition is a dated cohort of the Reverse Aging Challenge: the same coach-led healthspan curriculum, delivered in a specific venue and region. Editions differ mainly by dates, location, and the environment that shapes breathwork, thermal practice, recovery, and integration.

How do I choose between editions?

Start with dates and travel you can commit to. Compare environment: climate, altitude, and how each venue shapes recovery and practice intensity. Check length of stay and how much structured time versus integration you want. Edition pages list venue-specific details; past editions may include field reports from completed cohorts. For a broader decision framework, read how to choose a longevity retreat on this site.

Is the curriculum the same at every location?

The core pillars and coaching standards are consistent. Venues and schedules adapt to local conditions, lodging, and safety. Details for a specific cohort appear on that edition page.

Is this suitable if I am new to breathwork, cold, or fasting?

Yes. Practices are introduced progressively with coaching, explicit opt-outs, and pacing matched to the group. You do not need prior experience; you do need readiness to participate in structured stressors with guidance.

Is this a medical or clinical program?

No. The Reverse Aging Challenge is an educational immersion focused on lifestyle and regulatory skills. It does not diagnose or treat disease. If you have cardiovascular, metabolic, or other conditions that could be affected by fasting, cold, heat, or breath holds, discuss participation with your clinician.

Where can I review the evidence?

The longevity evidence library summarizes studies and mechanisms by pillar, with citations. The reverse aging evidence matrix offers a structured overview of how each pillar is discussed in research, including limitations and safety notes.
